Probate is the judicial process whereby a Will is accepted as a valid document that is the true last testament of a deceased person.
Where a person passes away without a valid Will, a party can apply to administer the estate under Letters of Administration. The executor of the estate or a trusted family or friend, will usually need to apply to administer the assets and affairs of the deceased person. This can be a complex process and we can take care of the application for the Grant of Probate and assist with administering the affairs of the deceased.
